and a couple of other cheaper manufactures, NO BRAKE ROTORS. If you don't want to go to the expense of wheels with fixed brake rotors make the wheels static (non rolling) with one piece wheels rotors and calipers. I have added brake calipers to several models, that should never have to happen.
