if that's the way cars that were part of the import street racer scene in California looked like then it's a good fit. The technical advisor to the movie worked on tuner magazines so I guess he knew the topic well.

You're right about the metallic orange paint. That great color and the more accurate wheels really sets it apart from the old Ertl.

I remember seeing your de-furioused Ertl before and it does look good in a different way. Maybe I should buy another Jada-Solido and try that to see what that stunning orange paint would look like without all the graphics. :-)

Yes, I'm skipping the Kyosho. It's going to be almost 5 times the price and I don't think I'd get 5 times the enjoyment from looking at it.

I guess Kyosho could do a normal Supra even though they already have some competition to worry about from the company that you bought that silver Supra from. I forgot their name but I thought it was very well done.
