Just for kicks I looked on ebay and saw a new Allen Grant yellow 289 listed for $1,425 USD. That's much more than what I would pay for a single model. That's over twice what I paid for the most expensive 1/18th I ever bought which was CMC's burgundy Ferrari 275/GTBC driven by Rodriguez. I think I paid just under $700 for that model.
