I've seen that were painted white had the hood roundel in the center. Those were the Cunningham cars and a white #23 that ran at Sebring with a red center stripe.

I read that the #43 car driven by Graham Hill at Silverstone was light grey. It did have an off-center hood number and was a light color so that's why I used that number. More as a tribute to that car than as a replica.

If the Hill car was actually white than my tribute model is closer than I thought. :-)
