May 2nd for goods originating in China and Hong Kong. If your package arrives tomorrow and is less than $800 there shouldn't be any tariffs or customs agent fees even if it was made in China.
The issue that I haven't seen explained clearly yet is whether the exemption applies to where the products are made or where the retailer you buy them from is located.
