models purchased from Germany or Italy and shipped to the USA? Is the 10% tariff (or is it 20%) charged to the buyer by customs when it reaches the USA, or is it charged to the dealer/seller in Europe, or is it even charged? Obviously, US-based dealers are going to be hit with higher costs for stock purchased from China. TIA
