Prior to this point there were only two more 1/18ths that I was trying to buy back after my mass downsizing. Yesterday this one arrived so now I only have one left to obtain. Photos follow the 1:1 info.

Information about the 3 gold 1:1 2000GTs that Toyota produced according to Shin Yoshikawa's great book on that car:

#10130 - Displayed at the 1967 Tokyo Motor Show, then owned by model Twiggy and eventually purchased by Toyota USA who had it painted red and put on display.

#10132 - Also displayed at the 1967 Tokyo Motor Show and purchased at the show by a Japanese man. Yamaha purchased it from him many years later and left it in the original gold paint.

#10232 – Yamaha records indicated this third gold car was delivered but no further information was available on it.

This has me wondering how many gold 2000GTs AUTOart produced. I’m sure it was more than three. :-)
