that he was kind enough to sell me several years ago. The Norev is sealed and the Revell has opening parts. I didn't weigh the models but the Norev feels noticeably heavier to me.

The Revell wins hands down in my book simply because it's the same color as the Volvo P1800 that Simon Templar drove in the old TV series "The Saint". If Norev did one in that color I'd probably buy it as well. Here are some photos of the blue Norev followed by some comparison shots with the Revell:
