Fun to see you returning.
Interesting what you remember, but then I am not from Russelsheim, my wife is.
Hey, is there something I don't know?

Also surprising how you see the resin cars.
In general they are bashed for their high prices and lack of openings, definitely a huge step back from the affordable high-detail diecasts of the mid-noughties.

Especially BoS often receive a deserved bashing for the primitive flat underbodys many of them have.
Also Tecnomodel and some others, who are hit and miss operations... sometimes awesome, sometimes out of shape, sometimes just blown-up 43 cars in appearance.

What is new is the overwhelming pace of new molds popping out, often 10 or 20 car each week, and the flood of classic Ferraris, often obscure ones.

Showcars, tuner cars by PMA, GTS or Ignition's JDM cars are noteworthy, as well as the new trend of sealed diecasts for simpler entry level cars.
KKScale brought out some bread and butter ones, but also glam Ferraris or the MB Autobahnkurier, each around 70 Euro.
Kyosho makes sealed ones, too.

AA moved to cheap plastic, nearly all hate this step while they aren't cheaper or priced as before, but double the cost.
This is a dead end road, I think.

Norev and Welly(!) are selling nicely done lower level diecasts, worth a look.
