'proper' model figures in 1/18 scale?.....they ALL look like fugitives from the Pixar movie 'Toy Story'.....sad, really.
Anyone with the skill to produce a good scale appearing set of figures for these models can probably name his own price. There are some excellent figure modelers/creators out there....one look at the smaller 54mm scale stuff will tell you that.....I guess auto modeling companies either refuse to pay for that level of service, or, more likely, just don't really care.
