days( in Michigan )....they ship DHL/Fedex. My package was held at my local Fedex office at my request. Good communication with them, and of course thru Fed Ex. Do take advantage of the 'bulk rate' shipping...you pay ONCE for as many models as you'd like to get in ONE shipment....the more models at one time the lower per model shipping cost.
