That is kind of the point of resin models. If you are going to forgo giving us engine detail, suspension detail and in some cases interior detail you had better make it up by giving us great body shape, the proper stance and a wealth of exterior detail, starting with high quality wheels and tires.

And it is why so many decisions are so odd. Once you get over $100 price points become less of an issue. The CMF car is a perfect example. If I can upgrade the car for $50 in parts on a retail basis how much could it possibly cost the manufacturer? Collectors will pay the extra if the car looks right but people are going to walk away from a resin car with a bad shape or bad wheels.
