#434994 Think I need a no foreign transaction fee card

... any recommendations. I just went off on Chase for not waiving the fee for a couple of days while I upgrade to thier explorer card. It's not like I wasn't paying for the upgrade. I just didn't want to wait the 1-3 days. Stupid. Stupid.
I was looking at the Capital One Ventures Card. Anyone have any experience with it?
