All I had to do was remove the #8 livery. There were no rods.

I did this yesterday. The roll bar will be painted black as soon as I can get to the hobby shop and buy a fresh bottle of gloss black. The other issue may be the color of the seat cushions, but if they're red or another color, I probably won't repaint them.
