#433829 Jaguar E-Type Lightweight Coupe. I think one of the most

wanted diecast sixties race cars is the E Type Lightweight Coupe. Autoart would be the logical manufacturer since almost all of the mechanical parts were from production E-Types or from racing D-Types. Thus they have the tooling for the mechanicals.

I think that one of the problems presented to the manufacturer is that every Lightweight Coupe was different from every other. Body work was different enough that you would need to do a mold for each one. I would suggest that they choose the factory built car chassis EC1001, which Protheroe campaigned in 1963 and 64. The car has been restored and there are abundant pictures of it.

I would take the approach which CMC has taken with race cars and do one version of the restored car without race livery. (CMC would be another possibility as a manufacturer)
