It's the most I've paid for a diecast. It's not that accurate a rendition for the price as many people pointed out before it was released. I bought it because it was a must have, despite the oversized rivets. It's not a car that has wide appeal like a Ferrari 250 GTO, so I doubt any other manufacturer will make a better one.

I don't regret buying it, but I'm still amazed that they released it as is. And while you would think a CMC would be the highlight of your collection, this one isn't.

However, when it sits next to my Porsche 908 02, they both look better.
