#432770 Thanks to Oldtimer for helping me resurrect one >>

of my favorite models from the 'dust pile'.

I'd had my favorite AA SN95 Mustang model accidently slip out of my hand onto the floor. I thought it survived unscathed until I saw the windshield. The hood had opened beyond it's limits and the left hinge had broken the cowl and cracked the windshield:

I was heart broken as I could possibly repair the cowl but couldn't fix the cracks in the windshield.

I put an ad in Scale18's classifieds for either an AA SN95 windshield or parts car. Oldtimer sent me his parts car and I was able to transfer the windshields:

While I was at it, I removed the antenna from the parts car but in doing so, it flew off into the model parts black hole. I fabricated a new one out of styrene and a straight pin. I have to do a little paint clean up(and dusting) as you can see:

I'm happy now!

Thanks again, Jim! Still on the prowl for that IRS.
