Sorry, but I think that once EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) is crushed it remains crushed for good.
I wonder what happened as it looks like it was crushed right in the middle of the box. Maybe the roll-down door on the delivery truck fell on it?? Delivery truck drivers don't really seem to care these days about how they treat our packages.....
