Just got a car in mail with major shipping damage to outer box and some crush damage to styrofoam clamshell upper half.

Does anyone have a tip on how to restore the shape? Pushing the underside is not an option.. It's blocked off. Conversely does anyone have an upper clamshell on an AA BMW 328 roadster (Miglia) that they would want to send me? Thanks.. W
