These are the Indycals Goodyear decals, which are a pretty good match. Lettering just slightly too bold and spacing a bit too tight, but overall I think the model looks much better with them.

I tried the blue rings, but left them off, as they're much too conspicuous (barely visible on real car) and the ridge on the tire shoulder makes them difficult to apply precisely.
