A real sports car? For sure the Porsche 911 is as swift as an arrow, but the manufacturer additionally underlines the fact that with the coupe it is absolutely no problem to bring the kids to Kindergarten or get bread rolls from the bakery. For the GT3 RSR this is quite different: This car is for the race track only.
Porsche sells numerous racing versions of the 911 to customer and private teams: The GT3 Cup, the GT3 Cup S and the GT3 RSR. The latter is the most powerful and fastest race car based on the Porsche 911 and among others; it was victorious at the 24 hours of Le Mans and Spa and it achieved the overall victory at the 24 hours of the Nurburgring.
