Hope your doing better. I am also a vet, 80 years young. Had several bad experiences at the Hines VA Complex by Chicago..switched to the Loval North Chicago Federal Health Center ( run by the Navy and VA). Like night and day. Only one in the U.S. They treat you like a person.Hines sucks !!
